Refund policy

FHJ FORGED products are custom made-to-order forged wheels. Each order is produced according to the customer’s selected wheel construction, size, width, offset, PCD, center bore, finish, vehicle fitment and other custom specifications.

Custom Order Policy

Because our wheels are custom built for each order, custom wheel orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started.

Before production begins, customers are responsible for confirming all order details, including vehicle information, wheel size, width, offset, PCD, center bore, brake clearance requirements, finish selection, quantity and shipping destination.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If production has not started, we will review whether the order can be changed or cancelled. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your wheels immediately after delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package, wheel, label and any visible damage.

FHJ FORGED will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution based on the situation. Solutions may include repair guidance, replacement parts, refinishing support, replacement production or other reasonable solutions.

Shipping Damage

If damage occurs during shipping, please keep the original packaging and provide photos or videos of the damaged package and product. This information may be required for carrier or insurance review.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom made-to-order forged wheels

  • Wheels with custom size, offset, PCD, center bore or finish

  • Wheels that have been mounted, installed, used or modified

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, accident, impact, racing use, road hazards or incorrect maintenance

  • Products returned without written approval from FHJ FORGED

Fitment Responsibility

FHJ FORGED provides fitment review support based on the information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details, brake information, suspension setup and target fitment requirements.

FHJ FORGED is not responsible for fitment issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
