Custom Made-to-Order Products
FHJ FORGED specializes in custom forged wheels. Our products may be made according to the customer’s selected wheel construction, size, width, offset, PCD, center bore, finish, vehicle fitment and other custom specifications.
Because custom wheels are made to order, production details must be confirmed before production begins.

Prices shown or discussed before final confirmation are for reference only unless stated in an official quotation or invoice.

Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed after the customer approves the order details and completes the required payment according to the quotation or invoice.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details, including vehicle information, wheel specifications, finish, quantity, shipping address and contact information.
Production
Production time depends on product type, finish, order quantity and current production schedule. Any production timeline provided by FHJ FORGED is an estimate and may vary due to material availability, manufacturing conditions, quality inspection, shipping arrangements or other factors outside our control.
Payment
Payment methods may include bank transfer, PayPal invoice or other agreed payment methods depending on order type, destination country and total amount.
Do not send payment before receiving an official FHJ FORGED quotation or invoice.
Shipping, Duties and Taxes
Shipping cost, import duties, taxes, customs fees and destination charges are not included unless clearly stated in the quotation or invoice.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for complying with local import, customs and tax requirements in their destination country.
Fitment and Vehicle Information
FHJ FORGED may provide fitment review support based on the information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details, brake setup, suspension setup, target fitment requirements and any other relevant information.
FHJ FORGED is not responsible for fitment issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Product Images and Finishes
Product images, finish samples and vehicle renderings are for reference only. Actual color, surface effect and appearance may vary due to lighting, screen display, wheel size, finish process and production conditions.
Installation
All wheels should be installed by a qualified professional. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation, tire mounting, balancing, torque settings, brake clearance, suspension clearance and safe use.
FHJ FORGED is not responsible for damage or safety issues caused by improper installation, incorrect use, modification, accident, impact, racing use, road hazards or lack of maintenance.
Returns and Refunds
Custom made-to-order wheels cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started, except where required by applicable law or where FHJ FORGED confirms a manufacturing defect.

Intellectual Property
All website content, including brand names, images, product designs, text, graphics and other materials, belongs to FHJ FORGED or its respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FHJ FORGED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products or services.
