1. Are FHJ FORGED wheels custom made?

Yes. Every FHJ FORGED wheel is built to order. We do not sell off-the-shelf stock wheels. Each project begins with your vehicle specifications, sizing requirements, and design preferences — and is manufactured from scratch to match them precisely.

2. What information do I need to request a quote?

To prepare an accurate quote, it helps to have the following ready:

  • Vehicle make, model, and year
  • Desired wheel diameter and width
  • Bolt pattern (PCD) and center bore
  • Offset (ET) or clearance requirements
  • Preferred finish or color direction
  • Quantity (single set, multiple sets, or dealer volume)

3. Can you create wheels from a reference photo or design idea?

5. Can I choose custom sizes, offsets, PCD, center bore, and finishes?

Yes — fully. Custom sizing, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, and finish are all specified per order. We support a wide range of vehicle platforms including European luxury marques, Japanese performance cars, American muscle, full-size trucks, and off-road builds. Standard and non-standard configurations are both accommodated.

6. Do you support dealer, wholesale, or distributor orders?

Yes. FHJ FORGED works with wheel shops, tuning shops, automotive retailers, and distributors worldwide. We offer structured dealer and wholesale programs with volume pricing, dedicated account support, and flexible order quantities. 7. Do you support private label or OEM projects?

Yes. We offer a dedicated private label program for brands looking to develop and sell their own forged wheel line. This includes design consultation, tooling, branded packaging, and documentation support — all produced under your brand identity. OEM-style supply arrangements are also available for qualifying partners.

8. How long does production usually take?

Production lead times vary depending on wheel type, complexity, finish, and order volume. As a general reference:

  • Monoblock forged wheels: approximately 4–6 weeks
  • 2-piece and 3-piece forged wheels: approximately 6–8 weeks
  • Carbon fiber and specialty programs: timeline confirmed at quotation

Lead times are confirmed at the time of order. Rush production may be available for select projects — please inquire when requesting your quote.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. FHJ FORGED ships to customers and partners across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, and other regions worldwide. Our logistics team handles international freight coordination, documentation, and delivery scheduling. Shipping costs and estimated transit times are provided at the quotation stage.
